風向不對煞風景　熱氣球首日取消自由飛

台東志航基地搭配熱氣球活動今天早上開放，原訂熱氣球自由飛活動，因風向不對取消，中華橋上數百民眾未目睹熱氣球升空美景，又遭警方驅趕，失望民眾齊道，「真煞風景！」　

該基地內及基地旁的中華大橋，今晨5、6時已擠滿民眾，不少人拿著各式手機、相機和長鏡頭，準備捕捉熱氣球飛出越過田野、軍機等美麗畫面，未料取消，早起民眾大嘆失望。
