吳恩文認吸毒　接受戒癮治療換緩起訴

前主播、也是美食專家的吳恩文，今年3月被警方查獲非法持有安非他命和搖頭丸等毒品遭到逮捕，事後他坦承自己因為一時好奇，曾經服用過搖頭丸，當時他以1萬元交保後，好友于美人還陪同召開記者會向社會大眾道歉。根據檢警調查後，吳恩文坦承吸毒，向檢方表明願意接受戒癮治療，不希望到看守所勒戒，醫師評估過關，予以緩起訴2年。

今年3月5日傍晚5時多，吳恩文出現在松山區街頭，因為形跡可疑遭到警方攔查，在他身上起出搖頭丸和安非他命等毒品，警方懷疑他涉及毒品販賣和吸毒，隨即將他帶回偵訊。警方進行尿液檢測後移送台北地檢署，吳恩文坦承犯行，檢方諭令以1萬元交保。

吳恩文事後尿液檢測呈現陰性反應，但檢方認為他距離上次吸毒時間超過7天才驗不出來，之後又傳喚吳恩文，他坦承在2月初曾吸食安非他命、2月底吃過搖頭丸。檢方審理後認為他是初犯，且犯後態度良好且配合，檢方詢問他是否願意接受戒癮治療或到看守所觀察勒戒。

吳恩文選則戒癮治療，經過台北市立聯合醫院的醫師評估後過關，檢方3日做出緩起訴處分，要求吳恩文繳交2萬元的緩起訴處分金，將做為治療相關費用。為避免吳恩文再犯，檢方要求這段期間，他必須定期追蹤輔導和進行尿液檢驗，治療完成後還得接受是否有無毒品殘留的檢查。
