搶下Costco聯名卡　國泰金增資127.08億元拓展銀行業務

【林巧雁／台北報導】國泰金控（2882）今天完成現金增資127.08億元，發行價每股36元，國泰金近來獲利表現亮眼，股價近日也往上揚，今天以43.35元收盤，上漲0.55元，訂價36元高於當初送件的參考價34元，折價不到15%，增資金額未來將用於國內外的銀行業務拓展。
 
國泰金此次募資訂價高於原來的參考價，顯示投資人看好國泰金未來表現。國泰世華銀也剛從中信銀手中搶下好市多Costco百萬張聯名卡，合約將從8月初開始生效。
