北市兩點下班 人潮車潮齊湧現

【綜合報導】台北市政府宣布兩點之後停止上班上課，下午北市街頭湧現人潮與車潮，捷運站擠滿下班人潮，內科也大塞車。人潮塞爆捷運站，不少人直呼：「是在逃難嗎?好可怕!」還有民眾說：「只是提早放颱風假，怎麼搞得像世界末日還是殭屍病毒爆發一樣誇張..」
