美監控行動　德情報局早知悉？

【綜合報導】德國的「圖畫報」（Bild）15日報導，德國聯邦情報局（BND）近年來一直知情美國監控並貯存德國的資訊，還利用這些資訊處理德國人在海外遭綁架案件。
 
前共黨東德和納粹政權都習於暗中監視人民，由於這種歷史記憶，美國秘密監控事件爆發後，德國政府與安全機構知情程度如何的問題，已觸動德國人的敏感神經。
 
德國總理默克爾（Angela Merkel）刻正爭取連任，此事也成為選戰議題，雖然她獲看好將贏得第三個任期，仍亟思避免外界認為她對此事所知比所披露的多。
