大埔抗爭 江揆重申注意執法技巧

苗栗縣政府拆除大埔四戶，引發自救會與社運團體連日來發起抗爭，甚至造成警民激烈衝突。閣揆江宜樺今天主持行政院「治安會報」時再度表示遺憾，並且再次要求警方注意執法的態度與技巧，避免執法過當引發不必要爭議。

江宜樺表示，入夏以來天氣持續高溫酷熱，警察同仁執行勤務相當辛苦，尤其在處理陳情抗爭事件更需耐心，他強調，民主法治國家的人民有權利表達不同意見，只要是採取合法理性的方式，政府都應該予以充分尊重，警方在處理陳情抗爭事件時，除了要符合法律規定外，也務必注意執法的態度和技巧，避免執法過當引起不必要的爭議。

江宜樺說，未來這段時間仍可能出現類似抗爭，相關單位應該秉持尊重人權但依法行政的立場，妥適處理。
