手機移失處理方法(越詳細越好!!) 急~~~~

我的手機在7/27移失在地下街的廁所裡
十分鐘後我才發現
馬上打過去
卻是:您的電話將轉接到語音信箱.....

當下我馬上去服務台問
發現門是鎖起來的沒有人在
後來就到最近的派出所去
填寫了一些資料
他也有跟我要IMEI碼
可是我的手機不是買全新的
買的時候沒有盒子
所以也沒有那個碼...
請問這樣是不是等於沒希望拉><???
填完資料後他叫我打電話到捷運那邊掛遺失
看有沒有人撿去那....

因為我的手機是預付卡(中華電信)
剛好在昨天就沒錢了(所以也不能打出去)
請問大大這樣還要去電信公司停話嗎
還要掛失SIM卡嗎

最重要的是他如果拿我的LINE或FB去盜用怎麼辦????
我沒有登出!!
那要去改密碼嗎?? 有用嗎??

那之後我還要做什麼才能幫助我快點找到手機
