印度攝影記者遭性侵案　5嫌全落網

【綜合報導】日前發生在印度孟買的實習攝影記者遭集體性侵案，警方今天(25日)成功逮捕最後一名嫌犯，使得5名嫌犯全部落網。

被捕的5名嫌犯中，年紀最大25歲，其中一名囚犯因其家人聲稱只有16歲而要進行年齡鑑定，以決定他是否會被當作成人接受審訊。根據印度法令，如果成年人性侵罪名成立，最高可判刑20年，但如果未成年，刑期會大大縮短。

事發在周四(22日)，1名22歲雜誌女實習攝影記者，在孟買被5名男子擄走，其中至少3人對她集體性侵，她的男同事則被毆打。女受害人事後送醫，雖有多處內傷但情況穩定。
