英美蒐集個資 憤怒鳥當幫凶

（路透華盛頓27日電）「紐約時報」（NYT）今天報導，美國和英國情報機構曾策劃蒐集智慧手機應用程式（App）外洩至全球網絡的使用者個資，甚至連「憤怒鳥」（Angry Birds）遊戲也不放過。

紐時引述未經公開的美國國家安全局承包商前雇員史諾登（Edward Snowden）資料，做出此報導。 新一代行動電話科技讓愈來愈多個資流入網絡。報導說，美國國安局（NSA）和英國政府通訊總部（GCHQ）試圖搭順風車，蒐集這些個資。 許多智慧手機App會透露使用者所處地點、年齡、性別和其他個資，而這些有安全漏洞的App就成了情報機構的最新情報工具。 報導說，美英情報機構早在2007年，就合作尋求蒐集和儲存智慧手機App數據的方式。 紐時說，兩大情報機構彼此分享蒐取資訊的方式，好比如何透過谷歌地圖（Google Maps）從使用者身上取得座標資訊，以及如何透過使用者在行動版臉書、相簿分享平台Flickr、「人際關係網」（LinkedIn）、推特等平台發表的照片，蒐集他們地址、好友名單、電話記錄和地理位置等資料。中央社（翻譯）
