狹淫3少女　「補教界羅志祥」判20年

性侵假釋犯鄭姓男子，5年前到補習班擔任導師，藉機性侵、猥褻3名國中少女共64次。新北地院去年開庭時，鄭男拿出臉書留言，厚顏說被害少女事後稱他「補教界羅志祥」，辯稱少女同意做愛。法官痛斥鄭男利用獎懲、成績等權限性侵少女，去年依利用權勢性交、猥褻等罪，判他15年徒刑。高等法院改採一罪一罰，今加碼重判他20年徒刑。可上訴。
 
羈押中的鄭男（43歲）10多年前曾犯下性侵案，2009年假釋出獄後，到弟弟開設的國中補習班當班導師。2012年7月，鄭以指導防身術為由，在辦公室把一名國二少女強壓在沙發床，猥褻胸、下體，再逼少女脫衣性侵得逞，後來多次在辦公室、汽車後座與賓館，性侵少女51次。事後少女與班上女同學談心時，女同學說出也曾被鄭男強吻、摸胸11次，兩人才向家長說出一切並報警。檢警追查時，鄭男供出另性侵第三名女學生1次。(丁牧群／台北報導)
