SONY XPERIA Z使用上遇到大問題

小弟於2013.3月購買SONY Z的手機,
用沒幾天就常發生電話撥不出去,別
人也打不進來,不過系統上卻看不出有問題,
原本以為買到瑕疵品,後來才發現身邊許多
用SONY系列的朋友都有這困擾,想請問
各位大大是否也有這方面的困擾,而SONY都
沒有要改善的意思嗎？
怎麼會那麼大的品牌,但品質上讓人用起來
快瘋掉? 還請大大們幫忙提供解決方法,
或請有這方面困擾的朋友們一起連署,讓SONY
出來處理,謝謝！
