大陸網路美妝戰 互批賣假貨

大陸販賣偽貨情況猖獗,美妝電商業者集結知名品牌組成「真品聯盟」,增加消費者選購信心;身為競爭對手的京東商城高層馬上在微博上吐槽,所謂真品驗證是「左手驗右手」,雙方引發口水戰。

大陸知名美妝網路商城聚美優品本月上旬集結巴黎歐萊雅(L'oreal Paris)、蘭芝與佰草集等60多家知名化妝品企業發起「化妝品真品聯盟」,在美妝商品外包裝貼上「防偽碼」,以解決偽貨問題。

京東商城市場部副總裁徐雷在微博發文,影射聚美優品推出的真品聯盟「不真」,實際上是「左手驗右手」。

徐雷在微博上指出,「有家企業自己註冊域名,弄了一個真品驗證網站,產品入庫時貼了所謂真品碼,消費者去這家網站購物,買到商品後可以去真品網站查查是不是真品。」

聚美優品副總裁劉惠璞隨即在微博上發文反攻,指出京東在今年6月中旬才爆發販售數千瓶科顏氏(Kiehl's)偽品眼霜的事件,「您還不長長記性?真品防偽碼聯盟歡迎你。」

兩家公司高層微博上「互槓」,在商業界相當少見。但消費者不會太關心電商企業之間的口水戰,反倒是哪裡能夠購買真品才是關鍵。
