洪案3魔頭收押　范要求「強關」擋不住

【綜合報導】洪仲丘案先前由軍事法院審理，何江忠、徐信正、范佐憲3大關鍵人物，兩度被裁定交保縱放，昨桃園地方法院召開《軍事審判法》修訂後，洪案移審司法機關首次羈押庭，認為3人有湮滅、偽造證據或勾串共犯之虞，裁定羈押。
3人聆聽裁定後，范佐憲身體發抖，何江忠、徐信正面無表情，家屬眼眶泛淚，哭著走出法庭。洪爸爸、洪媽媽、姊姊洪慈庸及舅舅胡世和相當欣慰，胡世和說：「終於等到這一天！」

洪案經軍檢和桃園地院調查，洪被送禁閉的過程中，當時負責審核送禁閉和接收禁閉人員的兩名憲兵官，都發現資料有缺失，不能將洪送禁閉，原本可防止悲劇發生，不料因為陰錯陽差和馬虎行事，讓洪踏上死亡路。
