于美人聲請保護令　法院將開庭

【劉志原╱台北報導】于美人與先生James婚變案，于美人已正式聲請家暴保護令，要求丈夫不得無故接近她及騷擾她，台北地院訂於下周二(25日)首度開庭，于美人的律師指出，于美人還是希望外界及媒體給雙方空間，讓這件事能和平理性落幕。

于美人與丈夫James(王維倫)目前分居，王在5月18日與姊姊、表舅及表舅媽前往慶城街住處搬東西，于美人對James提出侵入住宅告訴，目前由檢察官偵辦中，此外，于美人已聲請假處分，要求丈夫要經她同意，才可帶小孩子出國，日前已獲法官裁准。
