我在5/24號 下標東西，賣家說7-10天可以寄貨，然後等到今天已經24天了

後來過了10幾天他都沒把東西寄出去，我去問他，他才說原來的其中一樣東西沒貨了，要傳圖片給我問我要不要換，然後我也說好。

過了好幾天還是沒把東西寄出去，就用什麼遇到假日人手不足的話來敷衍塞責，然後問個問題也過好幾天才回答，後來有一天說要把東西寄出去了，結果過了好幾天還是沒寄出去，我是用7-11取貨付款的(好險我沒先付錢給他)，後來我又問了，然後到現在他還是沒回應我，感覺根本再裝死。

我看了他的評價，負評很少，但是卻有人遇到跟我一樣的問題，就是遲遲不肯出貨，然後問了也不回答這樣。

這是我第一次遇到這種情況，心情不是很好啊，雖然幾百塊而已，但是東西也不想要了，棄標投訴可以用嗎？然後也是第一次用欸，麻煩會的幫忙解答一下喔！
