拒酒測今起強制採血

【突發中心／台北報導】警政署統計，酒駕新制上周四上路，截至前晚十二時止，全國五天取締酒駕件數達一千五百二十件，其中拒測人數高達一百四十五件，占了將近百分之十；其中以桃園縣的二十七件拒測全國最高、台中市二十六件居次，再者為新北市的二十一件；另取締件數則以高雄市兩百七十三件最多，其次依序為桃園縣、新北市。
 
為了防止酒駕者拒測，警政署從昨夜起開始執行強制採血，只要酒駕民眾拒測，除將面臨《道路交通管理處罰條例》規定，可處九萬元罰鍰，吊銷駕照且三年不得考領，並當場移置保管車輛，其刑事責任仍依法論處。
