棄百萬年薪　賴建宏轉職台鐵助弱勢

【李姿慧／台北報導】有什麼比一顆溫暖的心更動人，32歲的台鐵站務員賴建宏，放棄百萬年薪和科技新貴光環，考上台鐵當一名月領3萬多元的站務員，搭火車時看到彰化和美實驗學校不少身障學生搭火車很不便，因此四處打聽可以服務身障生的車站職缺，前年如願到彰化站擔任站務員，每逢周五和周日，和美實驗學校身障生要離校返家或返校時，賴建宏一定穿梭在身障生中協助上下火車，連休假日都來當義工，把學生當家人，有小朋友甚至看不到他就會哭鬧不敢搭火車。

賴建宏說，沒想過要賺多少錢，只想單純幫助這些小朋友，小朋友的笑容代表信賴他，甚至畢業後還記得他，讓他很感動。
