準備挑燈夜戰 壟斷防制法要送出交委會

立法院交通委員會今天審媒體壟斷防制與多元維護法草案，民進黨籍交通委員會召委李昆澤表示，今天已有挑燈夜戰的準備，一定要把草案送出交通委員會。

交通委員會上午審核第10之一條媒體經營者適合性時，通過金融控股、銀行保險機構及負責人成立財團法人等持有媒體事業股權限制，為主管機關得限期處分，但限制標準是否採用10%為基準，暫時保留，留待後續討論。
