【綜合報導】涉及將國家機密洩漏給危機解密的美國士兵曼寧，昨遭到美國軍事法庭判刑35年，並被勒令不榮譽退伍。但美國白宮今指出，曼寧若申請特赦，「會依照程序公平辦理」。

此外，國際特赦等組織已在網上發起請願，要求美國總統歐巴馬特赦曼寧。
