雙子星案 彭建銘：提到錢賴素如笑笑 就懂了

台北地院今天開庭審理雙子星開發弊案。由於涉嫌收賄的台北市議員賴素如先前開庭時，口口聲聲說檢方指控的賄款是選舉贊助款，是白手套彭建銘說謊，但同案被告彭建銘卻認了檢方指控他的部分，彭建銘表示，提到一千萬元時，賴素如笑笑，他就懂得什麼意思了。

被告彭建銘說，太極雙星幕後金主程宏道與顧問賈二慶向他承諾，若太極雙星團隊取得雙子星大樓開發案，未來將可承包整棟大樓的電機工程。彭建銘說，他為了擔任開發案的下游廠商，分別在民國100年的8、9、10月間私下與程宏道、賈二慶簽下協議書，大家也決定找議員處理私地主問題。彭建銘說，他因與賴素如熟識，所以安排賈二慶與賴素如見面，而賈二慶曾提過若可找議員處理，一人可給200萬。彭建銘說，11月22日中午，賴素如在市議會辦公室與他們見面時，好像說過大概一組人要五個，所以他認為總數應該是1000萬，所以向賴素如提出這個數字，賴素如聽到後就笑笑的。彭建銘強調，雖然賴素如嘴巴上沒有說好，但他是生意人，所以覺得這就是同意，所以29日他把100萬現金裝在紙袋裡，帶到賴素如位於長安東路的律師事務所，賴素如看到紙袋後一樣還是笑笑的，什麼話也沒說，所以他說了一聲謝謝妳的幫忙後就離開。但賴素如的辯護律師羅秉成說，賴素如沒說同意，是彭建銘自己認為。此時，坐在一旁的賴素如露出一抹淺淺的微笑。
