潭美颱風路樹倒塌 警方管制交通

潭美颱風昨天來襲，晚間9時，造成台北市仰德大道二段，往陽明山方向的車道有路樹倒塌，車輛完全無法上山，所幸台北市士林警分局芝山岩派出所長李威霆率巡佐朱信煌、警員黃忠涼、涂昱坤和楊富祥等人，管制交通，讓車輛使用單向車道通行，才沒造成大塞車。

警方在大雨之中執勤，包括所長李威霆和兩名警員的手機，都因大雨淋溼壞掉，連續管制交通兩個多小時，才讓市政府的員工將樹木移走，沿途還有民眾向警方大聲喊「辛苦了！」
