ipad使用splashtop 變得非常頓 無法使用 求解

小弟我平時有在使用遠端控制的習慣
而最常用的軟體就是splashtop2 也花了錢去購買正式版本
前些陣子 使用的非常順 對此軟體的滿意度很高
不過 在最近(大約是在更新之後 增加跨網域收費的更新之後)不知為何 在使用上 變得非常頓甚至無法使用
可以登入看到我電腦桌面 但是 控制任何界面都不會即時顯示到我的ipad上 但是電腦確實有進行這些動作
網路是在同一個網域內
請各位高手幫忙想想辦法!! 是不是哪邊的設定出了問題.....?

小弟的裝置是 ipad3 電腦作業系統為win8 防毒軟體適用mcafee(買acer筆電送的)
