【財經中心／綜合報導】中央氣象局下午2時40分才發布大雨特報，提醒新北市以南至台南地區及高屏山區、宜蘭山區今天午後要注意瞬間大雨。《蘋果日報》記者下午即拍到台北市上空突降大雨畫面，記者形容，大雨傾盆狀況，乍看有如原子彈爆發般壯觀。
 
昨天台北市及新北市午後降下驚人豪雨，讓雙北市多處低窪地區瞬間積水，其中新北市中和區許多商店住家淹水，提醒民眾要注意，氣象局今天發布的大雨特報。
