廣告不實挨罰 胖達人停業3天

（中央社記者汪淑芬台北24日電）「胖達人」麵包店部分產品添加人工香精，卻標榜食材純天然，涉廣告不實遭罰。「胖達人」今天起到26日，暫停營業3天。

「胖達人」總經理徐志鴻今天說，公司為調整產品，決定暫停營業3天。

有關接受消費者退費部分，徐志鴻表示，26日會與消保官討論，27日恢復營業時，會在全台17家店面一併公告。

徐志鴻也承諾，將來所有產品食材成分都會全部標示清楚。

台北市衛生局昨天派員稽查，標榜無化學添加物的「胖達人手感烘焙麵包」，共有9項人工香料使用於不同口味麵包，因涉廣告不實，已依法開罰。胖達人昨天表示，受到風波影響，公司兩天業績已下滑逾5成。1020824
