主計總處首度公布國民幸福指數　台灣排名19

行政院主計總處30日首度公布國民幸福指數，與OECD（經濟合作暨發展組織）的34個會員國及2個夥伴國相比，台灣排名第19名，但優於鄰近的日本與南韓。

主計總處依循OECD美好生活指數（Your Better Life Index，BLI）2個面向、11個領域架構，各領域下計含24項國際指標與38項在地指標，完成台灣首次國民幸福指數統計。

主計長石素梅表示，2013國民幸福指數國際指標綜合指數為6.64分，台灣在34個會員國及2個夥伴國（巴西與俄羅斯）共37國中，排名第19名。

在各領域中，台灣在與物質生活條件面向有關的「居住條件」、「所得與財富」及「人身安全」3領域表現較好，都進入前10名，分別排名第9、第4及第10名；生活品質面向8個領域中，以「人身安全」排名第3表現相對較佳。

不過，在「環境品質」領域，台灣因為地狹人稠，車輛密度高，環境負荷相對較重，與土耳其並列第35。主計總處表示，整體來說，台灣物質生活條件面向表現明顯優於生活品質。
