法攻擊敘利亞 可能9月4日前

法國總統歐蘭德今天表示，可能會在9月4日前對敘利亞進行軍事攻擊。

歐蘭德在接受「世界報」（Le Monde）採訪時表示，法國需要對敘利亞政權進行有力且適當的行動。法國議會預定9月4日針對敘利亞局勢召開緊急會議，但是歐蘭德表示，法國不排除在此之前發動攻擊的可能性。

歐蘭德30日與美國總統歐巴馬就敘利亞問題電話談了45分鐘，強調法、美兩國就21日發生在大馬士革近郊的攻擊事件持相同態度，認為這是化學武器攻擊，而且毫無疑問是敘利亞政府主導。

歐蘭德表示，敘利亞當局在這一事件上的責任不容置疑。法國態度堅決，要作出反應，應該對使用化學武器的罪行進行懲罰。

法國國防部29日表示，軍隊已做好對敘利亞動武的準備，只等待總統決定。若軍事行動時間少於4個月，歐蘭德無需獲得議會同意。

歐蘭德也表示，英國和德國政府不介入軍事干預敘利亞的決定，不會影響法國的行動，因為每個國家都有權選擇是否參與這次行動。
