王建煊稱銷毀非檔案　監委反嗆：拿出來給我看啊！

【吳家翔／台北報導】監委李復甸與馬以工上周以擅毀檔案，彈劾監察院祕書長陳豐義，監察院長王建煊今跳出來為陳豐義辯護，監委馬以工反問，說那些不是檔案，「證明給我看啊！銷毀要列冊啊！」李復甸也說：「你說消毀的那是書籍，你拿出來給我看啊！難道銷毀的是161.5公尺高的塑膠袋嗎？」李更反問，如銷毀的是這些東西，那為何法務部來調卷卻都調不到？馬李兩人強調，此案已結，相關的說法就請秘書長到公務員懲戒委員會去答辯。
 
沉默6天的王建煊今與部分媒體茶敘時說，被銷毀的那些根本不叫檔案，而是歸卷，「裡面東西奇形怪狀，如（已故政治學者）薩孟武的憲法書、經濟學書籍、雜誌、收集到的資料、重複給監委的陳情函，甚至還有塑膠袋，包含各式各樣的玩意，所以那不叫檔案。」
 
王建煊還說，若經濟部次長被彈劾，經濟部長是可以講一些話的，因為是他的主管，部長難道不可為次長講話嗎？同樣的，監察院長也是秘書長的主管。王說，監察院會從2000年以來就要求清理檔案，祕書長也可以不做事，但做了，卻變成努力辦事的人倒楣，如繼續不清理，擺在那混過1年也沒事，「你努力就倒楣，都不做，你就找不到我的碴」。
