【顏嘉瑩／新北報導】新北市政府消保官針對新北市各成屋案的「成屋買賣定型化契約」查核，並向民眾宣導「成屋買賣定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項」的相關規定。

新北市政府提醒，消費者在購買成屋時，依據「成屋買賣定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項」規定，應該要注意買賣標的範圍、原設定抵押權之處理、貸款金額少於預定貸款金額的處理方式、貸款金額支付方式、賣方負責的交屋責任、賣方瑕疵擔保責任、違規處罰事項，及交付建物現況說明書等。

「成屋買賣定型化契約」中若發現不合理，應該向銷售人員詢問。
