監委再提彈劾 張通榮低調表尊重

基隆市長__張通榮，因為酒駕關說，遭到監委提出彈劾，不過上周五、投票結果未過，結果監委__程仁宏等人，將再次提出彈劾案。而張通榮則是態度低調，透過秘書表示、尊重監委’’行使職權’’。 基隆市長張通榮去年九月，以「服務選民」為由，為酒駕毆警的廖姓婦人關說，並對警員拍桌施壓、威脅調職。 ==基隆市長 張通榮2012.10.9== 身為一市之長 我想對此事造成我們社會觀感不佳通榮深覺歉疚並向我們社會大眾及全體市民朋友表示抱歉之意儘管，張通榮出面道歉，強調是選民服務，仍被檢方以妨害公務等罪嫌起訴，基隆地方法院將在本月26號宣判。不過，監察委員程仁宏、楊美鈴在上週五對張通仁提出的彈劾案，投票結果卻以4:8沒通過，現在程仁宏準備在這星期內對張通榮提出第二次彈劾。

==聲音來源：監委 程仁宏== 事證非常地明確違失非常地嚴重所以提出本案 所以我們這兩天就會有最後的決定 原則上我們認為應該再提出(彈劾案) 程仁宏表示，張通榮違失嚴重、事證明確，監委可獨立行使職權，不需等法院宣判，他將盡力和其他監委說明，爭取彈劾案過關。至於張通榮辦公室,不願多作回應，只表示尊重監委行使職權、靜待法院最終判決結果。記者 王琪如 張志雄 陳信隆 台北報導
