西進報喜！　永豐銀行南京子行　大陸銀監會批准籌設

永豐金控旗下子公司永豐銀行9日宣布，申請大陸地區南京市設立子銀行，已正式獲得大陸北京銀監會通知，批准永豐銀行在南京市籌建外商獨資銀行，資本額為人民幣20億元。

永豐銀行表示，將依大陸地區「外資銀行管理條例」相關規定，在當地設立籌備小組，並展開各項工作，預定將於6個月內完成籌建，申請驗收及正式開業。

至於籌備期間的主要工作，永豐銀說明，將包括建立子行公司治理結構、內部控制制度、各項作業流程手冊、系統建置與測試，以及當地人員聘雇及教育訓練等。
