烏龍罰單多 去年共有3159張

碰上「烏龍罰單」真的是讓民眾有苦難言，去年全國警察就開出3915張烏龍罰單，不管是誤植、錯、漏字，法條引用錯誤，原因千奇百怪。

一看到有人違規，警察馬上就招手，準備開出紅單，但這張紅單超速受罰都沒錯，問題就出在員警根本就寫錯車號，開錯單還要民眾自行去採證，烏龍罰單還有這一張，違規事項闖紅燈，變成闖紅火，真的是有看沒有懂，要不然就是姓名部分只被寫了一個黃字，錯誤案例舉不完，警政署就統計，去年全國警察共開出3159張烏龍罰單，不管是誤植、錯、漏字還是法條引用錯誤，原因千奇百怪。

另外不少縣市闢建自行車道，依照規定車輛行駛自行車道要依不遵守交通標誌、標線指示行駛，開罰900～1800元，但員警卻舉發在單車道與他車並行，單車道變成了單一車道，根本與自行車道不同，凸顯專業不足，根據警政署統計，高雄市去年43萬張罰單中，有296張烏龍罰單，數量全國最多；新竹縣6600多張罰單中，有93張舉發錯誤，比例最高。警察大人公務多，難免忙中有錯，但舉發錯誤，容易讓交通執法的公正性受到質疑，法條引用錯誤，更會影響民眾權益。
