DELL螢幕更換問題

站上的朋友大家好^^

今年1月16日在原價屋購買的DELL S2340L的螢幕，使用到6月左右，

螢幕左邊有偏紅ˋ水波紋及影像殘留的現象，致電給DELL客服，隔天就寄來S2440L新螢幕，

本來以為會有DELL人員到場，結果沒有，客服也沒有說明跟換這款螢幕給我，

不過當下還是很開心!!因為升級24吋了。

後來發現這款S2440L螢幕面板是屬於VA面板，在個人觀看同樣高畫質影片跟之前螢幕做比較，

感覺有偏白一點，影片播放畫面比較激烈一點(神劍闖江湖 真人版)，有點眼花ˋ暈暈的感覺，

不知道這是不是有殘影的現象導致?

再次致電給DELL客服，問說日後可能有影像圖片編輯不失真的需要，可以更換有IPS面板的螢幕嗎?

客服回說:因S2340L沒有庫存現貨，基於客戶利益考量所以更換S2440L給我，

而且更換螢幕只能做同型號款式做更換動作，除非螢幕停產才會作別款更換。

想請問有買過DELL螢幕的朋友，更換螢幕情況是不是像客服說得這樣?

或是有更好的意見跟方法可以提供給我!!

目前也是暫時先使用這個螢幕，如果有眼睛不舒服或是其他問題可以再連絡客服。
