韓亞航傷者 可獲賠百萬美金

南韓韓亞航空公司（Asiana Airlines）一架波音777客機6日在舊金山國際機場墜毀，造成2死100餘人受傷，航空法專家表示，韓亞航可能得支付總額數億美元理賠金，賠償舊金山失事班機的乘客。

美國有線電視新聞網（CNN）8日報導，擅長處理空難相關傷害理賠的費城律師渥克（Arthur Wolk）表示：「我認為乘客的理賠金不會少於100萬美元，很多人可能還會拿到好幾百萬賠償。」

他說，即使是毫髮無傷逃離的乘客，也可能因為創傷後壓力症候群，得到航空公司與保險公司7位數的理賠金。創傷後壓力症候群是一種隱藏的疾病，很多人因此沒辦法重返工作崗位。

致於2名罹難的大陸籍女學生，可獲較高額的理賠金。他們的理賠金可能根據一生損失的工資、傷勢以及醫療支出來計算；不過渥克表示，即便最後證明失事是機師人為失誤所致，理賠金也不會比較多，而飛機製造商與舊金山機場應該不需要支付賠償金。
