等速率圓周運動與半徑的關聯

若一顆衛星目前位於離地表R的位置處作等速率圓周運動,R為地球半徑,速率為V,倘若有顆等重之衛星位於離地表3R的位置處也作等速率圓周運動,那它的速率為何??

我要問的其實沒這題目也行,不過我還是提一下我作答時的困擾!
就是啊!
F=GMm/R平方=mV平方/R→V=根號(GM/R)正比於根號(1/R)
還有
角動量守衡:mVR=不變量→V正比於1/R

那我到底應該用哪個解題才好呢??

我知道橢圓軌道運動一定要用克卜勒第2定律,也就是角動量守恆去解題,但剛剛爬了文,有位大大說等速圓周運動兩者都適用,這樣對嗎?
