4月實價 10~30坪宅占近半

信義房屋表示，台北市4月的實價登錄資料顯示，北市有46.8%，將近一半的實價登錄案件，成交在10坪~30坪，都會化的高房價趨勢，讓想留在台北市的購屋人選擇以「居住空間換取預算空間」，顯示北市小宅化的趨勢仍在持續當中。
