請問google map和馬拉松世界app哪個距離比較準呢?

最近開始用馬拉松世界app來看跑速
但是發現一件事，就是距離都比google map短
比如今天我預定跑21km，但是app顯示只有20.2km，但是看軌跡又是真的跑到那裡
之前我試過16km、18km、19km也都是比google map短
所以想請問到底哪個比較準呢?
