瑞士公投否決「1:12薪酬公平」

路透報導，瑞士24日舉行「1:12薪酬公平」公投，該公投倡議同一公司的高階管理者薪酬不得高於員工最低薪資的12倍。但瑞士電視台調查的結果顯示，66%的瑞士公民投下反對票，否決這項公投。

發起這項公投的瑞士青年社會黨主席盧斯說：「我們當然很失望，但我相信我們並非一無所獲。」

這是瑞士今年第二次就限制高薪人士薪酬舉辦公投。今年初，瑞士銀行集團發給高階管理人員獎金260萬美元（約台幣7800萬元）引起民怨，3月的公投多數贊同取消高階主管的巨額獎金，並禁止發給他們優渥的退職金和退休金。

這也是瑞士為縮短薪資差距所舉行的公投之一，瑞士未來將舉辦公投，規定每月基本工資2800美元（約台幣8萬4000元）的公投，投票日未定。
