展區「快樂鴨」苦撐撤攤　攤商移位自救

【陳偉周／基隆報導】自力救濟！小鴨五大展區之一「快樂鴨」，將東岸停車場打造為吃喝玩樂園地，卻不敵連日下雨，2樓大部攤商出走，僅剩下5家攤販苦撐， 大部分業者要求挪攤位至1樓，有業者乾脆自行加錢，承租文化中心前的廣場前擺攤，服飾業者叫苦連天說，「連日下雨根本沒人，自行貼錢改租攤位為了搶救生意！」

「快樂鴨」主辦單位表示，因2樓連日下雨，人數不如預期，將攤販規劃集中到1樓管理，明天為搶救攤商人氣，特別邀請家扶中小朋友，到場用打氣筒灌飽2公尺黃色小鴨，另安排活樂力少女與民眾互動。
