【短片】精神不濟釀禍　男開車翻覆起火

【黃子騰／新北報導】新北市1名27歲張姓男子，今天上午8時許開車行經三芝區淡金路時車輛失控翻覆起火。警消獲報到場救援，迅速將火勢熄滅，所幸駕駛張姓男子自行逃出車外，僅頸部及腳踝疼痛，送醫治療已無大礙。

張男向警消表示，今天凌晨拍完日出準備返家，因精神不濟不慎擦撞翻車，車頭還起火燃燒，還好趕緊爬出車外才幸免於難。
