AAA預測 美國汽油價格 今年比去年便宜

美國汽車協會（AAA）預測，美國汽車駕駛人2014年支付的汽油價格，可望比去年平均減少每加侖5美分，原因是煉油廠生產更多汽油。

AAA指出，2013年的普通汽油價格平均為每加侖3.49美元，為2010年來最高水準。總部設在佛羅里達州希斯洛的AAA，是美國最大的汽車俱樂部。

美國能源資訊署（EIA）上月27日報告，美國汽油生產在12 月20日止的一周激增4.3%，達每日972萬桶。煉油廠加緊生產，以利用美國原油產量攀至25年來最高水準、油價滑落的機會。

AAA發言人亞希在聲明中說：「我們希望汽油價格會持續下跌，因為汽車的燃油效率日益提升，且煉油廠擴張生產以利用北美原油生產榮景。」

去年美國汽油全國平均價格最高出現在2月26日的每加侖3.79 美元，最低則是11月11日的3.18美元。有12個州汽油價格曾跌破每加侖3美元；13個州曾升破4美元。
