【陳亮諭／綜合報導】台北1名李姓男子離婚後，認為周姓前妻的新歡杜姓男子是導致2人分手主因，他不甘周女與杜男交往，去年3到5月在臉書陸續發布「他們是各取所需，男的要身體，女的只是要得到工作。」等貼文；李男被依誹謗罪處拘役30日，可易科罰金。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，李男在臉書貼文「怎麼會有這麼不要臉的女人，通姦外遇惡人先告狀都是她…」、「女方每次來看小孩，都與我發生性關係，這點我承認沒品，但女方竟說是我強迫的…」「他們是各取所需，男的要身體，女的只是要得到工作。」周女因此提出告訴。
