寬鬆刺激？央行：資金充足 與日美情況不同

國內經濟成長走緩？是否可能仿效日本安倍經濟學，實施量化寬鬆，刺激經濟？央行副總裁嚴宗大表示，台灣資金流動性足以支應我國經濟活動所需，這與日本或美國當初因信用緊縮，資金不足，因而實施量化寬鬆貨幣政策的情況不同。（黃悅嬌報導）

日前國民黨中常會中，身兼黨主席的總統馬英九關切日圓貶值議題，也有中常委指出「安倍經濟學」，射出「三支箭」，希望台灣也能發展出「一支箭」，提振經濟。

台灣是否有可能實施量化寬鬆？央行副總裁嚴宗大在立法院財委會回答立委質詢時表示，日本僅以口頭宣示，而且日本為國際主要經濟體，加上日圓為國際支付貨幣，相對我國則是小型開放經濟體，新台幣也非國際貨幣，兩者經濟金融情況並不相同。『台灣資金的流動性已足以支付我們的經濟活動，所以在日本或美國當初發生因信用緊縮造成資金不足，需要挹注大量資金，跟我們的case是不一樣。』

嚴宗大說，央行持續觀注日本「安倍經濟學」的發展及影響。央行的立場就是配合經濟成長需要，提供足夠流動性。
