指林韋君曾霸凌學妹　《壹週刊》判賠75萬

《壹週刊》前年1月13日以標題「讀者爆料林韋君國中霸凌學妹」，報導藝人林韋君就讀北安國中期間，曾有帶小跟班霸凌學妹的行為，並配上林穿著清涼僅以薄紗遮掩重要部位的照片。林韋君認為《壹週刊》報導不實，且該照片經變造因此提告向《壹週刊》及副總宋筱玲求償。

士林地院認為，《壹週刊》僅以一名黃姓學妹爆料內容便予以刊登，且黃女對霸凌一事還是聽來的，對消息來源缺乏查證；至於清涼照則是先前林女接受《壹週刊》邀約拍攝的泳裝照，《壹週刊》卻以修圖方式將泳裝換成薄紗充當新聞照片，因此認定《壹週刊》侵害林韋君名譽權須賠50萬，侵害肖像權判賠25萬，合計須賠林女75萬元。
