「好奇」兒少安置換跑道　社工投入11年獲獎

宜蘭縣慈懷基金會社工督導林姁莉投入兒少安置輔導工作11年，今年獲頒「績優專業人員」殊榮，是全國8名獲獎的其中1人。

林姁莉說，原本從事老人服務，來自完整家庭，從未接觸過的兒少安置工作，抱持著「好奇」的態度，毅然轉換跑道，一投入就十餘年。

她服務上百個案中，「挫折常常有」，林姁莉說，希望社會不要再有中輟學生，「看到這些個案昔日的遭遇，會覺得自己很幸運，也學著感恩，更希望能多幫孩子拉一把，遠離偏差的路。」

林姁莉服務的宜蘭縣慈懷基金會，長年從事輔導偏差行為兒童及少年，今年也獲頒內政部兒童及少年安置及教養機構聯合評鑑中優等。
