施壓縣府公務員 卓伯仲起訴

彰化檢方偵辦彰化縣府環保袋案，認為卓伯仲對縣府人員施壓讓特定廠商得標，另侵吞馬吳彰化競選總部款項，依法起訴。

同案遭起訴的除了彰化縣長卓伯源的弟弟卓伯仲，還有前縣府行政處代處長楊瑞美、縣府行政處文書科科長李耀全以及充當白手套的楊四吉等人。

檢化地檢署表示，縣府辦理環保袋採購案中，卓伯仲涉嫌對縣府承辦人員施壓，以規格不合等理由讓原先得標的廠商棄標；重新招標後，讓敞盛公司得標，而卓伯仲除讓特定廠商得標外，還涉嫌在上屆總統大選時，拿不實單據向馬吳競選辦公室辦理核銷，侵吞競選經費。
