大連版王立軍：我不是酷吏

5月11日，天涯論壇有人發帖，文中把大連市城市管理行政執法局（以下簡稱「行政執法局」）局長蔡先勃稱為「酷吏」，還比作「現代版來俊臣，大連的王立軍」。

據中國青年報報導，蔡先勃認為這話講得不對，「請發帖的人先學學歷史，來俊臣是唐朝武則天時期的大臣，專門整官員的。我們城市管理行政執法工作，主要是和市民商戶打交道。」

去年一年，大連市行政執法局共拆除違章建築3865處，面積約24萬平方米，據蔡先勃估算，其市場價值總計約為50億元，「50個億，你想我得得罪多少人？」

在蔡先勃看來，拆除違章建築，不僅是市容環境整治工程，也不僅是城市的美化工程，還是解決百姓生活空間的民生工程，本身就是在維護社會公平。
